Wu Yang Tang has a fully established institution for internal quality management and an intact set of regulation on quality management. Product quality is guaranteed from raw material inspection, spot management, quality test and continuous improvement. All the products are strictly processed in the 100,000 class clean area (solid preparations are required by corresponding national regulation in the 300,000 class clean area). And our production base and processing base have obtained the national food-export sanitary registration.
Our polysaccharide processing plants were constructed strictly following GMP. During the production of polysaccharides, HACCP System is applied together with Standard Regulation on Production made by ESSE. Our company has been authorized by ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSMS18000 and HACCP system certification. Our products including edible mushroom ultra-fine (Ganoderma spores with shell-broken), crude polysaccharide and capsule preparation are all been processed according to those demands.
To ensure the products quality, all the raw materials and all production is administered under the control of HACCP. We are equipped with state of the art analytical and measuring equipments, such as HPLC, GC, UV, etc. Ganoderma lucidum capsule has currently been passed the test by Datian institute for drug control in South Korea health food selling certification (serial no.2008-00001).
