June 28.2010, Zhejiang Science and Technology Department checked the province Office project ¡°Key technology integration and innovation for Effective extraction of bioactive substances of Ganoderma¡± (No: 2007F10004), which is in charge by Zhejiang Essence Fungi Development Co.,Ltd. The expert panel is comprised by 7experts, which comes from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Institute of Technology, Zhejiang Forestry University and other institutions. The expert panel listened carefully to the report about the project implemented process, and checked the concerning data. After suspicion and discussion, all of the expert panel considered that the project is novelty and has great significance.

After 3 years research and transformation, the project team forwarded the mathematical model of extraction process of triterpene Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. By ultrasound-assisted and complex enzyme, they established the fungus ultrasonic bioactive substances - ethanol - enzyme - New hot water extraction process for bioactive substances of Ganoderma. The result can lead the total extraction of triterpenoids of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and bioactive substances reaching above 14.2%, which enhanced 47% of polysaccharide active substances   compared with hot water extraction process. Through transformation implementation of the result, they establish corporate standards. And technical regulations of Ganoderma triterpenoids - Ultrasonic polysaccharide active substances - ethanol - enzyme - hot water extraction.
